At 4 p.m., the Lanai Culture & Heritage Center along with The High Maka Maka Film Society will host a viewing of the 1987’s documentary, Reflections of Lanai to be followed at 6 p.m. by the Lanai premiere of the Voices of Lanaia mini-documentary film prepared by Kenneth Martinez Burgmaier from Jazz Alley TV. “It is important for us to air the programs on Lanai to honor the elders of all cultural backgrounds who shared their stories with us before we share them with a broader audience," Executive Director, Kepa Maly shares.
